Flippa is your only option. But you will probably get offers equivalent to templates (<$300)
I agree that Flippa is declining, there are more and more scams on there. Also, why even pay for a small site on Flippa as you can reverse engineer most of what's on there?

They seem to want to get in the FBA business brokering. It will be interesting to see how that goes.

Why not rework your sites and sell them with another broker when you're making cash?

It is best to age the sites and get good traffic, no spam and of course revenue. The quality sites and games/ apps go for a lot of money and are really popular on flippa. Better take the time to invest and then sell it

Flippa is terrible as a buyer.. full of scammers. If you can sell your site, go for it. Expect a ton of low ball offers though.

Flippa is terrible for Seller too, if you have a genuine site then this is not the place to sale it. most of the buyers are tyro and they don't offer a deserving price.
