I have like 5 amazon affiliate sites, and a few other home services sites I want to sell. Nothing special, but they have been around a few years and I never did much to them. They do not make me any money but I am sure with a little effort they may. I did pay for some content and stuff, so really looking to get my money back out of them. I do not want to renew the domains so what would be my best options?

Thanks

Sounds like Flippa would be the go.

You're going to get a lot of cheap offers because Flippa is full of tightasses. I recently sold a legit site making over $1000 per month and someone offered me $350 to buy it now o_O

I think there's also a $30 listing fee for auctions too so you will need to make that back.

I think Flippa is probably your best option. Consider whether you want to sell them individually or as a group (you mention your reluctance to spend further money on them) potentially put your "best" site up for sale and offer the others included if someone is willing to pay a "buy it now price"

What was the website I kid u not that was probs me for the trolls

It quite hard to sell a website with no income. For me, to prove the site have potential, it must have good income.

There are alot of tight asses on there BUT then again you find them anywhere and everywhere. On the flip side, people spend 5 and 6 figures on there also. I genuinely dont know of anywhere better at the moment in my opinion. I see people spend hundreds of dollars on cookie cutter sites there daily. I suppose timing plays a big part.

yeah and it depends how you market your website to sell

Old thread but im back on flippa after some time and have to say someone needs to make a new site for us. Their fees are nuts and buyers just aa nuts.

I miss the good old days of flipping sites on DP, BhW and siteindeed. List it and sold in hours.

I wont even get into that useless pos freelancer came up with....

+1 to that. I've sold a page on Flippa and lost like 1500$ in their fees.... Also I had to wait to get the money for like 2 weeks.

yeah to me Spezz it's getting a lot like Fivrr. They do the same thing 2 weeks to get $50 even after the client is fully happy. It's sad because the community never stood up to these guys and now they do as they please. I have a beautiful starter on there now but I already know I'll be disappointed. my last one. cozy.dog

Spezz let's go into biz together lol

As with every company, either they get greedy or they sold their site and the new owner gets greedy.

Well I'm open to new stuff. Feel free to drop a PM

I think BHW should have an option to sale site too.

I had some degree of success on flippa. I bought a few sites with some good stats/ metrics (after verifying myself) for rather cheap. But also made some dumb ass decisions and bought some worthless things. I just take that as a learning moment.

I had more success buying apps/ games and selling them again. But flippa is declining and becomes harder to make some good money from it. But it is trustworthy and their support is pretty good in my opinion.
