Is Fiverr flipping still viable?

Throughout this forum and many other places I have read a few methods that suggest a way to make money from Fiverr is to flip gigs for 2 or 3 times their cost. I am thinking of flipping graphic design services as SEO related services I have found are generally too unreliable on Fiverr.

I am just wondering if anyone thinks this is still a viable option to make money with?

If this is a viable method how do you suggest I market it? I was thinking of buying a bing ads account off someone on this forum and setting up a few campaigns. Do you have any other suggestions?

Also what shopping cart do you think I should go with? I am trying with WooCommerce but it does just not provide enough flexibility. All I need is the buyer sent to PayPal to checkout and then redirected back to a form where they fill out their requirements for whatever they've ordered.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Law of supply and demand, if your product cannot be found cheaper by your target...
Think this is a bit cheap for outsourcing, you should have a higher profit margin to cover bad customers.
Also, if your product is cheap people will think you are too. What section of this niche do you want to be in?

Outsourcing has been around for years long before Fiverr. The issue you will run into is quality of work when doing this.. if you find someone that is reliable and does great work on Fiverr then go for it.

I think you will run into issues with running PPC campaigns with this unless you find some very low hanging fruit. Say you have 100 clicks costing $1 per click and your conversion rate is 3%... you would have spent $100 in marketing + $15 for the 3 gigs for the 3 clients that converted. If you are charging them $20 for each client, you now made $60 but spent $115 so you lost $55 out of your pocket.

Yes there are ways to re use coupons with new accounts, credit cards, proxies, etc. but then you will have to take into the account of your time and money spent on those to see if it would be worth it for you.

There is a seller here that sells Bing ad account with $100 of credit for $15.

Do you have any other suggestions for promoting and getting sales?

I want to do graphic design and video creation services. I think personally the SEO gigs offered on Fiverr on not of very high quality and it's not worth the risk of a dodgy gig.

Also people who are looking for SEO mostly have a reasonable knowledge of the internet so they may know of Fiverr already whereas people looking for graphic design may not have as much of an idea of the sited available.

It was a rhetorical question but never mind.

Most of the gigs are low quality, true. Some of the high priced companies don't deliver either. In my time as a graphic designer I used to produce stuff I really did not like, quality wise. Still, it was what the customer wanted.
You will need to do your research, find at least three providers so you have a fail safe. Make sure you are covered.

Just as a reminder: There have been threads on this forum flipping backlinks for 40 bucks. It is not that people couldn't find Fiverr, it is just they thought a higher price meant better quality.
Did you know the European Union just paid a few hundred thousand Euro to have some stripes added to their existing logo? Literary just adding a few grey lines!

If someone wants to use Fiverr or something else: Let them, they are not your target audience.
However, there are more people thinking low cost means low quality and that is your target audience.
