Is fiver traffic purchasing safe ?

About as safe as soliciting a street walker. If someone had a legitimate traffic source, why would they sell it for peanuts on fiverr?

Not all gigs at Fiverr are peanut US$5 gigs. There are gigs in Fiverr priced even US$450 and generating sales. I am NOT condemning you, as sometimes even I am unaware of certain things. The cheaper priced traffic gigs are not targeted traffic, though may be safe, legit or organic, the same in targeted traffic are priced higher.
