Is facebook that strict as Instagram?

Hey guys, i'm directing leads from my cold email campgains from email to instagram , so i'm getting many new "Follow" requests from potential customers on my Instagram accounts. However, instagram is really strict and my accounts keep getting banned so im losing customers.

My question is, if i'd direct all leads to facebook accounts, won't my fb accounts get banned or it's not that strict? The only thing i'd be doing is communicating with my potential customers. So i'd just be getting new "Friend requests" on facebook and i'd be sending messages to these customers. Let me know!

facebook today bans you for no good reason. I don't think you will succeed. to go a long way.

I don't know how you're getting banned for getting follow requests? From your post it looks like you're spamming outside of instagram. There's no reason for you to get banned unless you're breaking some other ToS.
