Facebook isn't stealing your money. You might be getting charged for a different campaign. Check your spending history to see where your money went

Alright thanks

You can check your transaction history in the bill section to see what happened to your money and check your payment method.

Yeah, probably you may be getting charged for a different campaign, but if you still have question, you should contact facebook support

Please check that card again, it may have been locked, making it impossible to spend money.

Facebook doesn’t actually take your money, but their billing system is confusing. Most of the time it’s either pending charges or a hold that makes your balance look off. Also, if your account is restricted or flagged, the prepaid balance sometimes doesn’t show up until the issue is cleared.

I’d suggest checking the billing summary in Ads Manager and seeing if there are unsettled invoices. That usually explains where the money went.

Facebook isn’t stealing your money , it’s usually charges from another campaign or a pending hold. Check your payment history to see where it went.

Facebook isn’t “stealing” your money what you’re seeing usually comes from:
  • Pending charges → money set aside for ads already delivered but not fully billed yet.
  • Account balance display → prepaid vs postpaid setup can be confusing.
  • Payment issues → failed billing cycles or holds make it look like funds disappear.
Check your Billing & Transactions tab it shows exactly where the money went.
It’s not theft, just how Meta’s billing system tracks ad spend.
Want me to explain the difference between prepaid balance vs postpaid billing so it’s clearer?

Hi Faster,
it’s not facebook stealing your money, usually it’s a billing or display glitch. sometimes funds are on hold, or your payment method didn’t actually clear. try checking your billing section and ad credit balance, or contact support to confirm where the money went.

It's not that Facebook "takes the money". It's usually because the budget hasn't been allocated correctly**, **the payment settings are incorrect**, or the money in the account is just a temporary balance and hasn't been used for advertising.

Don't worry mate, FB won't taking your money. Double-check everything one more time

Usually, this happens because of billing issues, payment method problems, or account restrictions. Contacting Facebook Support is the fastest way to resolve it

I have never encountered this case, maybe you have run it before but do not remember to turn off the campaign. Fb's policy is strict but there is no way they will take your money

Fb never steals your money, Fb just has a policy of holding a certain amount of money to make sure you don't steal their money

It’s not Facebook stealing your money. Usually this happens if the account balance hasn’t updated yet, or if there are pending charges that Facebook automatically deducted. You should check your payment history and billing section to confirm where the funds went.

Facebook doesn’t “eat” your money. Usually this is because the displayed balance is different from the actual spending limit, or the payment method has not been confirmed so the system cannot use it. You need to check the billing & payment threshold in Ads Manager to know exactly.

Sometimes it may be that the money has not been updated, but no one has the right to take your money, it is just a temporary display error on Facebook or because you have not successfully deposited money.
