Of course it isn't. It might be against the terms and conditions of Facebook, but Facebook does not write the law.

What he said is 100% correct.

There isn't a law for FB. There is just a TOS as all the websites in the web.

Do you wanna sell the page? Go and sell it.

I paid By bank i have all info but worry about its Illegal or not? if illegal its will be create problems

You can sell a Facebook page as part of an acquisition by another party.
