Is Facebook is a "wanna be" Apple?

Think about it for second ...
Apple is a close code operation company, nothing gets in nothing gets out...

After new terms of apple the stock dived 70% in like less than a week ...

I'm trying to register into the HTML5 gaming on Facebook and now I need an Apple ID Developer in order to place my Review Copy? Are you kidding me? what are the plans? give it all out for closed-source code?

After these events happend I realised one simple thing, ever since Facebook limited the actions on Instagram back in August 2018, and we all got our butt kicked, it seems like they want us to play on THEIR terms, and THEIR terms ONLY. It feels like a never-ending developing race, its "we" against "them", developers and ultimately end-users that like their privacy, where are the times where Facebook was a "wanna be" Google, and allowed an Organic actions take place in their marketing method without us (user + developers + marketing agencies and so on) had even a feeling that it is actually a marketing strategy?

I feel that Facebook is getting worse year by year by adding annoying features and irrelevant recommendations everywhere.
