is facebook devil is still working

Hi,
i have download and install facebook devil 4 days ago and tried many times with different ip from my broadband connection which have dynamic ip. it always ask captcha and tell ip has some issue . Kindly help me out if i am making any mistake

OS : Windows XP

i am getting following error

Status: You may have an issue with your email or IP. Stop the software, export your accounts, delete bad emails or IP's.

But i have fresh ip and i have disable the email validation too still i am getting the captcha box and lastly i get this error. is there a way to fix or any other way to create the Facebook ids

i think nobody is using Facebook devil now a days is there any other solution to make ids in bulk.
