Is Facebook criticizing money after the election?

Is there anyone in the same situation as my customer, the account is still normal, the account limit is high, the campaign is still active but not paying for advertising?

Or Facebook is limiting spending money on the platform, what's the new policy?

The account with unlimited budget still has a lot left but the account does not spend the budget

Replace the profile and page, keep the old ad and recreate the new ad and everything will be back to normal.

Your account has been held, you should buy accounts with a spending history that will be less likely to be held

"You should use a spending account within your BM. Set the budget to $5 until you see the account has been debited and is actively spending. Then, turn the campaign back on.

This situation is quite common, you should look for accounts with a more stable spending history
I have tried 2 outsourced accounts but both have the same problem. Is there a threshold limit on how much payment is needed to be stable?

Many people in the community have the same problem as you. Try changing the new ad account in BM and test that campaign.

New updates as of this morning: This situation is still happening with only new accounts. The fix is to create a low budget campaign and set a spending limit on the account.

You could try adding a new card, and contacting the facebook support.

my account is the same as yours, changed proxy but still no change

I think you should switch to another account to run ads and set the budget limit to the lowest and then gradually increase it so that the campaign spends gradually

Looks like Facebook doesn't need money from advertisers anymore. try resetting the budget to a low level or changing to a new card to see if it clears the spending

New updates as of this morning: This issue continues to affect only new accounts. The solution is to create a low-budget campaign and set an account spending limit.
