Is Facebook as ban happy when creating groups?

I hear Facebook has gone pretty crazy with banning and asking for verification on accounts that post, but what about creating and running a group from scratch. Are they shadow banning and doing other stuff with those as well?

Just asking because I have a project to start a few groups, and just looking to see how careful I should be. They won't be spam really, but not sure how Facebook is on creating groups.

They've definitely cracked down a lot the last couple of years.

Yea. In fact I got shadow banned just for being too active.. :/
