I would, they are members on here but don't seem to be active anymore. You could try hire a freelancer and see if they could sort it for you, but to be honest I have it and it's not really worth it

Do a Paypal dispute as goods not received if the seller doesn't manually refund you.

Actually i also have same software but developer is not active. don't know what is the issue but they don't reply for a long time. No more software support.
