Ok, so let's take a random auction like this one
    https://flippa.com/3036536-10k-adsense-in-9-months-with-3million-traffic

This guy claims to have 3 mil UVs, bla bla bla....everything about this site is fake. and then he goes about how his great site is mentioned at some awesome top news blog and as an example he posts this no-follow link from his bio http://basicblogtips.com/google-author-rank.html and some people are wondering why is he selling such a great site...and it goes on and then a guy asked him how come he got 1 MILLION UVs in October, since he is just a new blog (if you look here http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/www.geeksays.com you will see he uses alexa booster to boost his Alexa numbers)

Anyways, 95% of sites there are fake...is everyone stupid there?

Here is the new method for everyone. Create something that looks like a decent site, boost alexa, drop some crappy links and you may end up with $10K in 2-3 months

I had a very bad experience selling my site on flippa, site is making more than $6000 per month for 8 months, ranking for all keywords ,I provided video proof of my network for earnings and not a single person bid.But sites like this one cappy one, buying fake traffics, low income, people keep buying

and yes the buyers are very stupid on flippa ,see how many already bids for this crap.

Haha, been like that for a long while man... People there will buy whatever.

A wonder world full of "investors" or people with money that do not have jack about what to do with it. Read a bit about PR traffic and shit and they will believe anything that goes in there.

As it always happens, learning is hard and it takes time, a "fantastic" investment, is a lot more tempting.

Here, I will translate this silly Flippa language for everyone:

@whizzwords thank you =) that's what i do, build horrible shitty sites that take 5 minutes to throw together and then inflate the number so stupid retards like you bid on them. Because you are all so stupid I will be listing another site too in a week, which amazingly is making even more money because I have had more time to BS the numbers. Actually, I have about 100 of these sites in development and I will spread them out over 75-80 flippa accounts so you retards don't catch on too fast =). Regarding the reserve price, that can't be disclosed, for obvious reasons, but don't worry, I have plenty of shill bidders lined up.

I tried, saw it is mostly crap, turned to expired domain auctions at GoDaddy and found out you can get a lot of nice domains/sites in $200-$800 price range. Sites with really nice backlink profile and some sites ranking for some nice keywords as well.
Some of the sites I bought there (auctions at GoDaddy)

    1. Site with 5,000 pages of content for $400. With links from WSJ,CNN,New York Times, Wikipedia....

    2. Mortgage site ranking for mortgage keywords on page one for nice keywords (CPC around $6) with 3K US searches per month. Also ranks for other low search mortgage KWs on page one. Getting around 400-500 page views/day. All visits from USA

    3. great site with a juicy link from HuffPo (among other links) and 3000 UVs per month. All visits from USA

i bet the people who are commenting on the listing is related to seller or are fake accounts, just to give little boost to bids.

btw i have no idea about flippa so can't say for sure.

I dont understand if some bids are fake or not because it is impossible that there are too many idiots that bid in these auctions :D

This listings adsense screenshots looks legit to me unless he is doing some really goofy stuff. Even the content in browser address bar is corresponding with the data below. Also, he has given an option to verify revenue through skype, which looks quite fair to me.

Thanks for bringing this to out attention, we've suspended the seller and another user who is suspected of shill bidding.

As always, if you see something that doesn't quite add up it's best to reach out to us as we can pull the pin ASAP.

    Cheers,

    Tim - Flippa

Flippa is sinking, which tells me there is going to be a gap in the market. I know Meathead1234 has an awesome flipping/brokering business, it looks like a profitable area to get into.
