Yes but you have to have a list of buyers and a way to send to them without them marking you as spam

However spamming random emails is unalike having people sign up for an email list. Not sure if spamming random emails even works but its very illegal depending on where you're from.

spamming is not illegal. Spamming with the intention to scam people is illegal.

2- what is a good niche ? any niche is good, if you know what you are doing. choose one you are more experienced with.
3 - where can i find emails ? scrapping, purchase, landing page , need to be more creative on this, these days.
4 - can you predict result and sales ? prediction come from data. so if you have the data and experience yes.
