Is email list verification worth my time?

Here I am again with my kinda lame questions, haha...
My bounce rate is around 15%, and I am doing mass bulk emailing (I really mean mass bulk email). However, my lists are quite old now. For example, I currently have a list of 80,000 emails, and the bounce rate varies between 10-20%, depending on the segment of the list.
Is it worth my time and money to verify the list, or should I just continue working as I am? Also, would you recommend EmailListVerify, maybe there is an cheaper option?

If your email list is outdated, it would be good to clean and validate it, it seems there are lots of useless emails that are just wasting your potential
