Can anyone confirm that elance method still working said if you want to withdraw money from PayPal account? thanks

Doesn't work to well from what I here. Eb/PP knows to look for regular payments to elance.

It works well ! I paid a lot on Elance recently using paypal. You fund Escrow with your paypal account and you release it to workers once your gig has been delivered.
