Is ebay to amazon dropshipping still working this year?

I’ve been using this method for 2014-2019. I basically list sold ebay products that is cheaper on amazon. I have almost automated almost all processes from a-z (aside from customer service) with dedicated ebay manager but decided to stop due to I received US legal accusations(one for counterfeit, but actually isn’t since I’m dropshipping, and another for copyright of photos which is true since I am dropshipping) twice in 2019 leading to paypal fund freeze, stopped business operation for almost 5 months and spent money for hiring attorney and settlement amount.

I just want to check if is there any workaround with this in this year or how’s the amazon to ebay working for you?

You could easily avoid this by just getting at least one of the product you're dropshipping and making your own video or review of the product and taking your own pictures.

Well, not easy for someone that dropships thousands of products.
