Is "drop shipping" or reselling services allowed?

I've seen some threads where people have touched on reselling services. So, my question is whether or not this is an allowed method.

Can you take services from here and resell them?
Can you take services here and sell them at a markup (drop ship)?

Is this something that's legal and not looked down upon?

Example: can I take a web design service from here that's $x and sell it to someone else at a markup then have pay the designer from here to do it and keep the difference?

I do not think re-selling others services that already have a BST is allowed. You might be able to re-sell other services that you sourced elsewhere. I know its common with SMM Panels.

Maybe @BassTrackerBoats or any other mod can chime in on this.
