Parking used to generate a respectable passive income, but it seems like things have changed since then. Do you guys still profit from parked names, or is flipping them a better option?

It depends on your domains
Some domains can be profitable if they receive traffic

Domain parking can still bring in some revenue in 2025, but it’s not as profitable as it once was. Most people now use it for low-effort monetization on high-type-in or expired traffic domains. Flipping generally offers better ROI, especially if the domain has brand potential or SEO value. If you’re holding quality names, combining both (parking + flipping) might be worth trying

Domain parking is mostly dead for passive income. Flipping or developing sites on good domains works better now

Domain parking monetization is 5 times more difficult in comparison to two/three years ago.
In other words supposing to have a portfolio with 100 profitable domains in 2023. The same portfolio has around 20 domains profitable now.
The acquisition price is the same, the renewal price is the same -> a disaster. My suggestion is to look for another business or wait until the trend reverses.
