I just bought a Domain why should i pay also for hosting

Domain is just a name only, hosting is to host your website. Pretty basic.

You're right! Why should you have to pay RIDICULOUS fees to rent server space? You can host the website on your own computer.

If you still don't understand, hmmm. Ok, domain name is like you registered your company name. For you company, you need office or even home to operate your business. So, if you only have company name, you don't have office or no home, you can't run your business. Can't you get it? Come on, this is pretty basic.

Seriously?

It's impossible to have a website without hosting it. Go to the most popular web hosting forum and look in the offers section. Then, find a host for like $1 a month, if you're that cheap.

Maybe he jumped the gun a little but this is a site to learn from and ask questions by the sarcastic response's most of you left, you'd think you all jumped out of your mothers womb knowing all this stuff. The couple top ranked pp at BHW that responed is the most sarcastic, "I'm not talking about everyone that added to the thread". Geez we all gotta learn some how and yes he could of easily google'd and found all this out before he jumped the gun. No wonder he never commented back..
