I'd go for CPATank of course, have a nice epc so far. Meanwhile, I have a great AM who always backing me up, their support is top notch!
And for Adscendmedia, this network proves its high payout and high epc.
Leadbolt's locking also convert very well to me.
CPA Tank apply 2 MONTHS ago and till now NO news at all.
Leadbolt ?? No thanks for their low epc.

thats the main problem with dollarade..... and if u email them, no reply... no one responds...
and on the top of that .. on their live help page the "AM" always shows "offline"
and when online, doesnt reply.

Well, it seems that cpatank doesnt support my country, so i signed up using "international (generic)" option... lets see.. what happens
Signed up to cpabeyond as well.
I hope one of it gets accepted quick, my large traffic is going nowhere.

i have a confusion since long... may be someone can clarify...
for eg, lets take the case that i use C*p*a.L*e*a*d for a movie sit.. now definitely i will get banned if i us their content locker because they will know the traffic source, now my question is can i use this network on my movie site with content lock pro ?? as it hides the refferer..
i mean, has anyone tried this ???
is it safe ??
i dont want that i generate a couple of grands ans in the end of the month i get banned for breaking tos.
can someone clarify this who is actually doing this and is not banned and getting payed ?

Not if you doing it correctly, and depends on what type of offer you incenting if you incenting email submits and what not and you content locker or whatever they filling it out for become available after the email is submitted you will get banned cause the advertiser would have made zero dollars.
