There is no actual information on it's true toxicity level, but with it's popularity it seems to be pretty safe if you take it in the right dosage which is 10-60mg per day depending on your body mass, however there is no scientific information about the optimal dosage too. Tho it acts as a neuro-stimulant it can give a positive results on a drug test so you should be careful using it. It is considered one of the most "gentle" stimulant nowdays between. It can be often dangerous not by itself but by stacking certain combinations such as DMAA and Vinpocetine or Huperzin A. In my opinion you should just stick to lower doses such as 20-30mg\day and don't stick to it on a long term usage. Also don't consider using it if you have any heart rate or blood pressure problems.
I've used many pre workouts before, the strongest was called mezomorph and it was crazy. I would suggest only using it now and again as it really gets your heart going. Definitely helps with your workout, you will be quite sore afterwards. Enjoy!
I helped beta test Jack3d back when it still had DMAA in it. Heart palpitations and jitteriness were not pleasant on leg day.
Now it's just Kool-Aid powder
I know a few lads that used to take Jack3d and thought it was great. I never used it but would have no problem trying it. As other users have suggested give it a go, small dose to start with and see how you get on.
When I have taken pre-workout sups on the past they are good while you are on them but you dont half feel it when you are not taking them.

I took the original jack3d nearly every day during the week and had weekends off, 2 scoop every time and was fine, great for workout, even had it when playing football and running around like a headless chicken lol
they then brought the new version without the DMAA and was weak and no good (Jacked3d Micro i think) , then i moved onto Craze which was good, then they also released Frenzy
its got bad name in the UK because someone died running a marathon and then later realised that person had heart issues
just take one scoop and see how you go, i never took more than 2 a time and waited 24 hours before the next one
a friend of mine got a jitters on one scoop and i had 2 scoops and never felt any jitters, just a great buzz and energy
you can always try a weaker pre workout and see how your body reacts to it first
Always good to cycle it as well, do it for a few weeks and then have a week or 2 off before your body gets used to it, then next thing u know u having 3 scoops lol
I still use it, it pops up on ebay from time to time. Its just a stimulant not much different to caffeine, puts your heart rate up though so when donuts use a high dose and then run a marathon with a pre existing heart condition they die lol
