When I see these screen shots the first thing I always look at is the order form impression count.
You have 0 so your traffic is not targeted at all.
If you were to use targeted traffic, you would have people go to the order form to at least see how much it is our just out of curiosity to see the order form.
Is your traffic paid traffic from a un trusted source where they use bots?
What are you doing to get traffic?
Or if you are targeting the keyword "diabetes" you would get tons of traffic but nobody Googling that word would buy a product
