is Death by Captcha good?

Death by Capture keeps overloading EVERYDAY around lunch time and I have to pause my processes for a few hours... very very frustrating...

All captcha services have been slow recently. I think its because they have started to add real life images into them.
 
Today has been a nightmare actually, never had problems before that though. Hope it will clear up later today.
 
I use them for a very long time and all I can say is that I am pleased with their service :)

Yesterday part of our workers were affected by a technical problem, and that problem caused the service to be unusually slow.

We have successfully sorted out the issue. Now the service is back to normalcy, with average solving times of 13-15 seconds = )

It is pretty decent; have been a user for more than an year and haven't had any major issues.
 
decaptcha cost a little more but it is more accurate your credits last longer and overall I would say that it is better than death-by-captcha. I have tested both extensively. If you are getting a deal from the representative on this thread then why not.

As this has thread has risen from the dead, here is my 2p worth.

Started using it at the beginning of the year and all was well, worked 8/10 times.
Tried it a few evenings ago and out of 10 captchas sent to them, nothing worked - either blank ones were returned, random gibberish or the words 'don't know'......not so hot now I guess.

My success rate hit 15% yesterday - luckily I recorded every image plus what was sent back.
Zipped them all up and sent it to DbC admin email address - as of yet, no reply.......

they are still good,
but they really need a solution for the high rates lol
