I've wanted to use their captcha service but I haven't been able to access their site all week.

Can someone tell me whether the website is up on their end?

Its working fine for me try clearing your browser cache/history, that may help.
 
i tried that, it didn't make a difference. I don't know why it won't open.
 
Maybe try visiting them through a proxy? Or a different browser maybe?
 
Everything is OK.
Try to use Proxy or VPN to visit DBC
 
Try a different browser or re-install your browser.
 
Working for me, I have both decaptchers and death by captch a/c. Both are working right now.

its working. try using proxy. sometimes if my internet connection is slow i cant open a site.check your connection
