I'm wondering the same. I uploaded the emails and successfully created custom audiences - however when I tried to use them in the targeting options, I got this error: "You have included one or more custom audiences which have been deleted or are no longer available to you. Please remove them from your targeting to continue editing this ad."
Is custom audience over? - Can not upload lists anymore :(

I'm getting "unsupported get request" from the UID's I've scraped with social lead fox 
They won't convert in Excel when using seo tools and formulas etc

When i place the uids in excel to convert 90% of them aren't converting to the username. Only facebook page username id's are converting but not standard usernames for people without pages. It's strange

Ps I'm using seo tools in excel. But the error also appears If i just paste graph.facebook.com/1234556789 in Chrome
