Is creating new account will solve my ads account issue

This is really frustrated me a lot, ~a year ago I did my last ad campaign in FB, I didn't use it ever since but about month ago I decide to give my account visit to promote my new service
but I found out my account was restricted with this lovely message

Your Advertising Access is Restricted
You're not allowed to run ads.

Anyway, I'm 100% there was no reason for this crape and it just randomly, I wounder If just forget about this account and start new one [and use different browser ] could my account be banned again?
I know this happned to many of you guys but FB on my country is 1st local advertisement platform, Google Ads made thing worst, since now they required bank verified CC and I can't have on my country .

Did you use VPN on your account at anytime?

I can't remember but could I did, since I have both VPN and Proxy extension, most of the time I use my residential IP and the same browser /OS etc.
Anyway, I'm thinking of dump this account for good, even it's my leagl/orginial account but there is no hope FB will remove restriction on it .
I have another account I registred it fro another country, FB bann it for a while e.g spam acitivity, but couple months ago I found it still working, I don't know why but I made it looks legit as much as possipe e.g profile picture not avalaible no the internet on any other site, and use similar address info of the proxy I use .
The other account I open it using VPN I don't know if it still open or not,,, Anyway on these account I was using ver extreemly mesurment to hide my browser identy . I will try my luck with those account.

Use 4g proxies for your other accounts.

Use proxy to avoid being scanned bro

clear the cache, make the account using 4g proxies

use a proxy to avoid being scanned by Facebook. clean cache

Hi may I ask how to use 4g proxies and does it have to be rverytime you login or just when creating an account? Thank you

i think you can file an appeal to facebook , if your account is good i think after 1 to 2 days it will be able to work again

i believe you run ads at the wrong time. clean ad accounts that never run ads before, got ban wave during that month.

Bro try to appeal, because facebook restricted accounts that been inactive for sometimes, so it might be the reason and its easy, as you said if its your original account try not to loss it
