Well, I did use CPALead back in 2012 and they used to be one of the best, if not the best, in content locking.
One of the websites that I have been running content locking on since 2011 is still active till today, monetized with CPALead and bringing in a humble $0.70-$2/day. But I am not going to complain since it took me literally 45 minutes to build that site back then, and a dollar or two of passive income while doing nothing pays off for my daily hot cup of Starbucks espresso every morning.
So to answer your question:

NO
- Do they pay on time?
YES
- Do they have good support?
NOPE (I remember it took them a whole week to answer a question I emailed them last year. And I do recall receiving an automated reply as well with no effort put in actually reading my email)
- Is CPAGrip or CPABuild better?
PROBABLY, BUT I NEVER TESTED MYSELF
Will switch soon to CPAGrip/CPABuild and report back any noticeable difference with earnings.
