I have someone mentoring on me CPA and they told me it's technically illegal. So like if I buy an apartment with my income from CPA I can't just be like I do this?

Every work you do is basically legal unless you're scamming someone or selling illegal stuff (plus other things that change from Country to Country). What do you mean by CPA? There are multiple ways to do CPA, maybe even illegal ones. Do legal things, declare the money you make (basically pay the tax on it) and buy whatever you want to

Would that be your defense in court?

No, it's not illegal ( if you follow the rules of the networks and respect government laws on privacy & communication ), it is a form of internet marketing
 
cpa is illegal for sure cause cpa networks never provide users its item and just do spam on there numbers or email
 
it only illegal when breaking the tos of the socail website working with .

having more then 1 account is illegal or breaks tos.

is it publishable different subject.

if somethink in your contry is punishable thst the type of online activity stay away from .

breaking tos is just website bandable , being busted and finding bots on a computer is not illegal unless doing anythink that is not allowed from your country rules .

all marketing is morally wrong

This is a big subject.

in the uk, if I try to sell pills that I no are illegal I could get busted and taken to prison.

but if you live in a country that doesn't give a shit on pill laws, you will not get busted.


so CPA and affiliate deals are all preference and your problem checking legal rules with your country your choice.

in the UK the computer online rule is
NO MATTER WHERE YOUR OPERATING ANY COMPUTER FROM YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FROM WHERE IT IS NOW.

so if I am logged in to USA and do anythink illegal and get busted, the law will still arrest me as doing the crime where I am now, no good saying but i am online usa .

we are all monitored , if your doing anythink illegal then you can get in trouble .

Depends where you live and how the law looks in your country. In some countries some CPA activities may be illegal, in others not. Its not possible to give a general answer.
 
"illegal" Is it blackhat cpa involving fake generators like the one we have in Jr VIP section that actually works?
 
its not illegal actually, illegal is the black hat method we use hahaha but anyways
