Is CPA+Facebook ads still working or no?

I want to start CPA with facebook ads but before spending some dollars, I want to know if CPA+FACEBOOK ADS is still profitable or is a method that no working anymore
because I found two tutorials posted in 2015

but is a long time between 2017 and 2015...so maybe many things are changed in cpa and facebook ad

So is it still working or no ? and what is your advices to start in facebook ads with cpa ?

Those who make profit with it will tell you it's not working.
Those who got their accounts banned with it will tell you it's not working.
Those who never tried it will tell you it's working & gives you wrong advice.

Don't wait for peoples to tell what works & what's not, just Test, Test & Test, you'll get better info & knowledge about what you are working at.

Even in 2015 Facebook was so strict about CPA & affiliates in general, so i can say it depends on what offer you want to run & how, If you have big money to invest i'll suggest you go with cloaking but you must be ready to replace your ads account in anytime.

If you don't plan to run aggressive promotions then try to create a strong sales funnel for your offer, not just one basic Landing page with shady & suspicious contents, That way you'll get better conversions & you'll stay under FB quality Radar.

It is working if you know what you are doing, but be sure one thing, even with cloaker your acc will get banned after people start reporting you.
