Is Copytrack Scam?

I have a blog and i got an e mail today, they say i used an image that an artist has copyright.

I downloaded the image from freepik with trial account.

What should i do?

Should i reply them or are they spam?

If someone claims a copyright issue with the image, check if the email is legit. If it is, reply politely, explain your situation, and fix things. If unsure, contact Freepik for help. Always better to sort it out early.
