Hi guys,
Between quality and frequency, which do you think matters more right now on social media?
Curious to hear opinions.

Quality definitely trumps frequency right now on social media, bro, since people are more drawn to meaningful and engaging content rather than just a ton of posts.

Quality wins platforms now prioritize user value and engagement over just posting often, so better content tends to outperform high-frequency low-value posts.

Both count but quality edges out, consistent doesn’t mean constant, better to post less but stuff that actually hooks people.

Great content posted rarely won’t build momentum. Frequent low-quality posts burn reach and trust. The sweet spot is consistent, high-value content that gives the algorithm and your audience a reason to stay engaged.

Quality and a good schedule are fundamental; being disciplined and consistent in uploading your posts at the same time and day keeps your audience engaged and ensures your posts perform well from the start.

Both is good but if you had to put a focus on one, pick quality over frequency. Depending on the specifics of the platform, multiple posts that don't see a lot of interactions tend to not get pushed as much by the algo since it's viewed as low-quality. Rather than post frequency, I think it should be post consistency with quality being non-negotiable.

Quality is king now, better to post 1 banger than 5 trash posts that kill your reach.

In today's social media landscape, the answer isn't about choosing one over the other, but about achieving quality through consistency. You can absolutely optimize profits by turning posting frequency into a customer filtering "machine": maintain a frequency high enough for the algorithm to register, but ensure the content quality is impactful enough to build trust. Once you have posts with good engagement thanks to quality content, that's when you can use reputable advertising accounts to boost your budget. The combination of frequency for reach and quality for closing deals, coupled with strong ad leverage, is the most practical formula for sustainable revenue.

Quality is outweighing frequency. One strong post that gets real engagement beats multiple weak posts.
Algorithms reward performance per post, not just how often you publish.

Social Media - It is always about engagement

But what is your job ?

Click farming ?

Or making money.

ALWAYS lead the customer to your website, give away a PLR in return for
capturing their name and then they become YOUR customer

"Without a Crowd ... You are Broke"

Sincerely,

The Eye

it's clear that algorithms are rewarding performance per post rather than just publishing volume. However, I'd like to add that consistency is still crucial in maintaining audience engagement and expectation. The Eye's point about leading customers to your website and capturing their information is also well-taken since you can upsell in this way and is most important thing to reduce the cost with aquiring customers

Quality always wins but something quantity is a good win too

In my opnion. one quality post is better than 10 or 20 posts that chase quantity. Viewers need quality they don't want to see boring things repeatedly

Definitely quality matters more then frequency. If you posted a strong quality content but you posting frequency is low there is no issue. There are many people who post less but they have strong and attractive content, they have millions and followers and subscriber views and likes. I suggest you to make your content effective and strong no matters you post less but you should make a plan of weekly posting like 2 to 3 posts weekly, will give you awesome feedback.

Hey!

Right now, I’d say quality matters more than frequency. Posting a few high-value, engaging posts usually beats lots of low-quality content. That said, consistency still helps keep your audience engaged.

Curious how others see it too!

Frequency matters more right now. Tried and tested. I compromised my quality with quantity for one of my pages in both youtube and instagram. it gave me better results.
