I am wondering if there is a way to be completely stealth ?
What I mean by this is eBay and paypal don't have your real info but paypal has an account number that they transfer your money to and that account is in your real name so..... They can get you !

So is there a way to be completely safe ?

You don't link your real bank account with your stealth pp account.
 
Then how would you get your money ? You have to use your real info at the bank to set up an account.
Only ebay and paypal have the fake name and address.
 
Cheque. All you need is an empty unused mailbox (overpriced apartment buildings have a lot of them) with your nametag on it. But it can take a few weeks.

Well, you could use one fake paypal and a paypal with your real details. You collect the money on the fake paypal, and then use that money to buy something, or send money, or pay an invoice to the paypal with your real info. Then you can withdraw.
