Is CommentLuv premium worth it?

I'm considering spending the $97 on commentluv premium but I need to know if it is worth it. Are there enough blogs out there to make the investment worth it? Does it really increase comments a lot?

I think not really worth... But it can be spam blog alternative, and encouraging people to commenting and visit your blog
because of nofollow / ******** option, twitter link, and so forth..
