My top tips are:

Use AI tools to do deep research on prospects and reference specific details like recent achievements or posts.

Absolutely. New domains are treated with suspicion, so use a reputable warm-up tool like MailReach or Instantly to build sender reputation and ensure deliverability.

Keep emails under 125 words with one clear Call to Action. No fluff, no long introductions

Usually the problem is peeps don't do anywhere near enough volume and then complain that it doesn't work or it's dead.

When in reality they sent like 10 emails in total.

Its like saying I made one blog post and it didn't rank therefore SEO is dead.

Cold emailing is dead. Most of the email platforms have made hood security measures against spam mails.

Yeah, it still works in 2025 but only if done right. Personalized emails with clear value and good targeting perform way better than mass blasts. Quality > quantity.

Yeah, cold email still works in 2025. I’m using AI for real personalization (not generic merge tags) and warming emails slowly to protect deliverability. he trick is making each message actually feel like it was written by a human, not a bot.
