Is a virtual cloud desktop with a dedicated Ip better than a VPN?

I plan to use it for swagbucks,because I dont live in USA.

if someone has tried it, please respond.

It may not work that good for you OP. I mean swagbucks types of site don't work with proxies. But you can always try. Dedicated fresh virgin IP is your option.
