Is cloaking via PHP enough?

Yo, I used to run all my mobile campaigns compliant so far, but want to start doiung blackhat to have more possibilities for creativity. The thing is, I really dont want to get banned by my networks.

So what I want to do now is cloaking my landingpages via PHP.

What I plan to do:

1. Buy a domain, where i host all my trackinglinks
2. Put all my trackinglinks on there, so instead that the ad links to mylandingpage they will link to trackinghost/go_landingpagephp and will redirect to mylandingpage again
3. So if a person actually sees my ad and clicks on it, it will be redirected to mylandingpage. If its not directed via the trackinglink, it will be shown a full compliant whitehat landingpage.
4. Adding timestamps to dont allow people revisit my landingpage, even if they use a trackinglink

Should I be totally fine with this? I dont know how to sniff the IPs of reviewers neither my AMs, so this is kinda the only way i thought it will work.

Do my AMs have any chance to see my blackhat content, if they dont click the ads theirselfes?

Is there any chance to hide my site of other affiliates? Cause if they spy in their country, they will see my blackhatpages trough the ads. Any tips on that? (except IP blocking)

I am happy for any advice, also willing to pay for mentoring/coaching on this field.

You have to block their IPs. Moreover, you have to block all proxies, vpn ips, servers ips etc. as anyone with a VPN or proxy (AMs too ) can see your real lander. So, why even risking your account ?

So what do you suggest to do, if I want to have my own cloaker? I found an service charging $2500/month for unlimited visits, but I think I rather would buy an own one for me as a longterm investment. Do you have any contacts to developers I can work with?

Would really appreciate any tips or hints.
