Is cloaking necessary in Search Campaigns.

Hello guys,

Im new in google ads, i have been dealing only with facebook ads so far specifically in the recovery/chargeback niche, i was wondering if cloaking is necessary when trying to run chargeback ads like in the attachment below, one time i tried to run a campaign with a cloaked link and account got automatically suspended by google, perhaps i did not cloak the link right, if cloaking is a must please let me know what cloaking service are you using ( i used JCI)

In your niche (recovery/chargeback), Google is extremely strict regarding ads and landing pages. Cloaking isn't necessarily mandatory, but it becomes nearly essential if you want to bypass common restrictions. However, cloaking must be executed very carefully, as any improper implementation typically leads to immediate account suspension, which appears to be what happened in your case. I'd primarily recommend optimizing your landing page to align closely with Google's policies, so you don't have to rely exclusively on cloaking. If you decide to continue cloaking, make sure you're using mobile proxies to reliably test how your site is displayed from multiple IP addresses and geolocations, significantly improving the effectiveness of your cloaking strategy.

Yes, if you are running blackhat ads then cloaker is a must or all your ads will be blocked/rejected.

Thank you for your reply, yes after getting the hand of google i definitely wanted to try Taboola, Outbrain, DV360 basically native ad platforms, ive heard thats the highest quality of leads also but have not found any proper agency that provides accounts and support to get started, and what do you mean by policy-compliant version of my service, should i go ahead copy all google policies paste them to ChatGpt , then copy the content of my landing and tell chat gpt to make my content comply with google policies? is that a good idea?

Thank you for your insight, to be honest i would not want to complicate it by using a cloaker, i think in this case it would be best if i just make a grey page, not too white but neither too black, what do you think?

Thanks for your reply, do you have experience in this niche? because it depends what might have worked for your niche might not work for mine so i need to know if you have prior experience in setting up such campaigns.
 
Try double redirects or custom-built cloakers, off-the-shelf tools are getting flagged.

i hope you are doing well , i have a question about cloaking , do i need a cloaker for meta ads if i use a shopify store or a wp site as landing page ?
i will advertise for this landing page and i will use the aff link in it , so technically i am not advertising for the cpa aff link directlly on FB because it is not accepteable.


could yu answer me please or tell me what to do please ?

They are specific cloaker that you can use, you just can’t use anyhow cloaker
