Does cloakfish work for posting ads in the services section of cl?

As far as I've been told it works pretty good, I've a customer who uses Cloakfish for commercial CL posting in jobs section.
According to him he has > 90% stickrate without using PVAs.


In general Cloakfish will give you mixed results, a part of the IPs will work without PVAs and a part will require PVAs.
So you can either invest money in a larger license or in PVAs (check out tommysc here on bhw for PVAs)
