This question isn't really for this part of the forum. This section is devoted to page generation and cloaking, not web hosting.
CloakHosting is "yet another" seo hosting company that happens to be owned by Dori Friend and her partners. Other than Dori being a well known SEO guru in the internet marketing world there isn't anything special about it.
So the broad question is whether seo hosting is "safe"... well, it depends on how much risk you want to take. In the past, every seo hosting company that became too popular got their IPs flagged by Google and this negatively impacted any link strength and search rankings. The only question with Cloak Hosting is when, not if, they'll get slapped.
This isn't necessarily a bad thing. It's like arbitrage. You go into this knowing it is risky and you play for the cash grab and not the long term results.
Here's my advice -- obey the law of the farm. Plant/invest now to harvest later. Build your own networks over time. Don't bitch about how hard it is to maintain a spreadsheet and set up paypal payments. It isn't that bad. And it doesn't matter if it is... it's the best long term strategy for controlling your own destiny.
Short term you can use Cloak Hosting and services like RankHero. While they work, they work well. Long term invest in yourself and build up your own networks and control your own destiny.

It seems there are people with no knowledge of Cloak Hosting that are giving authoritative answers about the service. That's probably why the answer is WRONG.
No, Cloak Hosting is NOT just "yet another" seo hosting company. Cloak Hosting has thrown out the old way of doing SEO Hosting that everyone else is using and built something completely new.
Why? Because the old way is risky. The old way makes it very easy to discover networks. The old way makes it easy to find blocks of IPs. So not only is it easy to find YOUR sites, but it's easy to find the sites owned by other users of the system.
So why does everyone still do SEO hosting this way? Because it's cheap to provide. And it's easy. And they've been doing it for ages. So they
just keep doing the same thing.
Cloak Hosting was designed to address the problems and risks inherent in using the "other guys". Cloak Hosting doesn't have hundreds of IPs in contiguous blocks. You can't trace any IPs back, and finding one IP in the system doesn't tell you anything about other IPs in the system.
Cloak Hosting gives you the benefit of setting up your own individual hosting accounts, but still managed through a single Cpanel account so it's fast and easy.

@wiredmom - you seem to know alot about CH, I've never heard of them myself but putting IP's aside, where do we stand with nsameservers? Will all domains in the cPanel of Cloak Hosting use the same nameservers?
If so, I consider that to be a footprint in itself.
To the OP - As qcp860 said, its really not that hard to maintain a spreadsheet and diversify your PBN with different hosts and registrars etc.

Cause i received this reply from the Owner and it really sounds similar to whatever Wiredmom is saying
The person that posted the answer to the question on Black Hat World has never looked into our service or bothered to learn anything about it. Everything they said is true as far as the risks of using an SEO Host. In fact, that is exactly why we built Cloak Hosting in the first place, because of the problems with all those other SEO Hosts.
We lost many thousands of domains due to hosting on systems like that person was talking about. They buy big blocks of IPs, and once you find one you can find the whole network, plus find the sites of anyone else hosting in that range. One of my friends lost 20,000 websites because of that exact issue.
Cloak Hosting is different. We don't own any blocks of IPs - in fact, none of the IPs we use are in our name at all. We get them one at a time from scattered services, and we use IPs that have other websites on them (instead of only seo-hosted sites like everyone else). There is no link between the IPs at all, so even if one was found it gives away no information about other sites.
We have been hosting sites for almost 3 years, and have never had any networks de-indexed or penalized.
We are the only ones that are innovating in this industry. Everyone else just wants to take the easy route and make some money, but we're constantly investing in improvements and built a whole new technology from the ground up.

First, I apologize to @wiredmom or anyone else if my comments ("yet another") came across as negative. I did not mean it that way.
I agree completely that cloakhosting is doing everything they can to provide a best-of-breed seohosting service.
That said, of course the IPs can be traced back. Not the whole network -- but subnets at a time...
Someone signs up for the $237/mo level. They get 100 c-class IPs. They get overly aggressive and create buffers on those IPs that all support a single (or small handful) money site hosted elsewhere. The money site is promoting auto insurance offers...
The system works. The money site climbs up the serp for super-competitive phrases. Allstate or another major US company complains to Google. Big G investigates...
The look at the money site and they walk back it's links right to the cluster of 100 c-class IPs. Is this all of the network? No. But they still walk back the links. If G suspects this is a semi-private network then they walk forward the c-class IPs to see who else is using them. They find a money site and walk it back, etc. Their data analysis tools have at least been in existence since that 2002 study they did with IBM. They are fast graph analysis tools.
I agree they won't get the whole network. But they will get parts and parts and parts. Over a period of a few weeks, etc. it adds up.
I don't of a better network thank CloakHosting. They are truly implementing best practices. But all networks have segments that are vulnerable when their user base exposes them.
