Hi guys
i have my own website which i created just to host files for Cpa offers
i upload a freebie to my wordpress website, and locked the content
i cloaked the link, then add the link to my youtube video
is this will cause my account to suspend
thank you

Yes it may happen, some guy will evntually flag your video. And if its crack/hack related youtube can delete your vid before that.

I think you can cloak to make your url undetectable by automated algorithm

But if user reports your video, you'll still get banned.

So cloak may help you go extra mile but eventually you'll be banned.

Can i do it another way, by start a free blog, and send visitors to my blog then show them the link inside short post,
like:" Download your freebie here"
is that safe
