Is ClickSure a good CPA network?

Hello everyone,
I was looking around and I stumbled upon ClickSure.
I was wondering if it's a good alternative to ClickBank due to their non refunding.
I was researching on both but well, should I just sick to ClickBank and hope that there will be no refunds?

Stick to Clickbank if you are in the USA market since they are regulated. Clicksure is for Europe and the rest of the world primarily. Clicksure is highly professional and recommended, but they do not really have products for USA.

It really comes down to what you wish to offer.
