Making about $50 buck a day from ringtones offers but I just read that some people have been scammed by them. Is it safe to continue with them if Im only making a small amount like that?

As long as they continue to pay you, who cares? You will always find someone who has had a negative experience with a company. However, don't let their opinion influence or bias you as long as the company continues to pay out. When they stop paying, you stop promoting. Simple. You are currently making roughly $1500 a month using this company. If you stop using them, you are going to have to find another company who can replace that income.

I have heard alot of negative things about clickbooth, like they let you keep promoting until the end of the month and then they ban you and steal your commisions.

I can't speak personally for using clickbooth, but I know lots of others have had problems with them. Why take the risk? I would recommend using a more trustworthy program instead.

I have heard some good and bad things. I did my research though and I heard that it is primarily a certain forum that is running a smear campaign against them.

I have received one check from them, but it was only for $78.

I have about $900 pending payment in 2 weeks so I hope that they pay me.

I will report back when I get the check.

yup my research tend to agree with dev-gank.

it is in their interest to KEEP good affiliate who keep making money for them.
    (why kill the goose? :)

BUT its worth taking the time to read clickbooth policies AND the conditions for a particular
cpa offer you like to promote.

I personally loathe ClickBooth. They shave/scrub like no other. If they are paying you, I would continue using them however, I would employ some type of ad/click tracking to see how bad you're getting shaved. I suspect that if you're doing $50/day, then you could possible improve it to $75/day by simply switching networks. Try spreading your offers between several networks as a habit. This will ensure you preserve your commissions if one of them decide to ban you.

If you don't mind me asking, how are you making $50/day with ringtones? :D

Seriously though, I would switch networks and see what you can do with that network, as Clickbooth sometimes has problems paying (if you've ever been on Wickedfire you'd know what I mean), so see where it takes you on another network....or even maybe switch offers...I've heard Glamtones is killin it.

Not to doubt your experience(I have noticed that lead tracking can vary alot from advertiser to advertiser too) but clickbooth has been the second best network for me for tracking leads well.

I have used Neverblue, Copeac, maxbounty, clickbooth, and hydra.

Again, just my .02 but i would definitely agree that you should try it on another network to compare results.

There are good and bad news about clickbooth that you can find in the internet. According my experience, they pay me US$ 116 for my first payment. I don't know about the next payment. But, I hope they keep pay me.

For ringtones? CPA empire has Ringaza at a $10.50 payout and it's currently pulling a global EPC of about 85 cents. It's private though so you have to ask your AM to activate it for you.
