That depends for instance on the quality of your ebook, the sales price, the quality of your sales page, the quality of the promo material you created for your affiliates, and the demand for such a product. I hope you did your homework and checked the sub-niche very thoroughly BEFORE you wrote your ebook.

Clickbank is a good way to deliver any digital product or download and cost effective - $49 or whatever. Not exactly a life changing gamble is it? Like anything thing though the product has to be of value and it takes work to market it but go for it and good luck!

that depends on the money you put for advertising it,honestly don't rely on affiliates,make some serious sales first,then look for affiliates.
Go for JVs and buysellads.com,best place for low cost promotion.
