Yes it's still reliable, but it might not work for everyone, every person have their own way and style to use clickbank and make money, work or not will be depend on the person who use it.

Like anything else the money is made with clickbank by selling products that has recurring sales. That goes for adult sites too I probably make $200 a month revenue from a recurring customer that spends money on cam shows. I know its crazy lol.
