Is Clickbank really profitable?

Hi,

Im new to clickbank. My goal is to make deacent living online(1200$+ a month).I have started IG when I joined BHW. now im reading about affiliates. But all the guides are not up to date. right now im learning from clickbank university and I saw there that 200 gravity is an avarage product. Like what happened? Why alot of affiliates abandoned Clickbank? Why all the guids I find are not up to date.

I was thinking about making a product duo my knowlage in the fitness world this decline in gravity made me doubts. Does this decline in affiliates is just in Clickbank or it became a monopoly for the ones who worked hard early and now its hrad to compete?

maybe is just because clickbank is a place full of bad and overhyped products.

Clickbank, as most people will tell you, is mainly about finding the right product that you can actually sell. There is a lot of junk on there so this step is crucial.

It's like a large city. Lots of shops aren't worth it, but some will be money makers.

Like the others said, ClickBank is full of sh*tty products. You can still make money on it by knowing how to choose the right products and how to market them.

Let me tell you something about it, I have some experience in clickbank, I have been working as affiliate and as a vendor, if you can create an excellent product, so do it, otherwise you will waste your time because There is a lot of competition, my advice is work as affiliate, just pick a good product, when you choose any product, the key is traffic, when I say traffic will not speak of hundreds in a day, you know what I mean, I speak of thousands per day, if you know how to do it, you will make a lot of money, in my case I'm still working on it because I got tired of paying facebook ads, PPC, PPV, etc, I'm learning on mass mailing and some facebook bots.

No one is abandoning CB, what are you talking about.
CB is a great monetizing platform, the average commission from a CB product it 70%. Like the others have said, its all about the product and how good you are in marketing.

Except you can actually control the outcome of your results on CB. With the lottery, you can't.

So if you're lazy you're just bound to fail with CB.

right product (which actually serves something) + right traffic (Targeted) + Highly converting funnel = $$$

So, clickbank is profitable only if all the things are done in correct order!

LOL at some of the comments... god some of you are so damn misinformed it's mind boggling.

its no wonder you guys aren't making any money... you have no clue wtf you're talking about.

I know one guy who's got a bunch of top products on CB who does around $50-60k a day gross, around 50% profit. (not bad eh?)

another guy who's got one of the top offers does $30 mill a year now.

others make $100k a year.

I know a guy with a stupid niche product doing $15k a month... if I told you how stupid the niche was you'd jump off your balcony.... I was like WTF? R U kidding me?!?

and I've seen affiliates KILL it... but you gotta be good at buying traffic and whatnot... or have a list.

Like ANYTHING you need to have a good funnel and a traffic channel = $$

same thing for CPA

CB is not abandoned, you just have to find the right product to promote, the one that buyers want.
Remember if it sells, there is money in it.

CB or Amazon remain an ideal starting point for affiliate marketing, as it is a complete funnel for selling products (as in they handle the product creation, distribution and order processing). The end marketer doesn't even have to deal with Paypal, as CB or Amazon can send them a check.

All a person has to do is select the best products, and build an effective promotional site with the affiliate links. This makes it "profitable" as an optimal entry platform for doing IM, if only as an self-education process.
