Is Clickaine Legit?

They said they pay every monday, wednesday and friday. It's already tuesday still no payment. Support said yesterday that I should wait. Should I stop sending traffic until I get paid? First time using them.

I'd pause the traffic for now until you see the money in your account. If they’re missing their own schedule and giving you the "just wait" line, it’s better to be safe than sorry.

Once they actually pay, you can turn it back on. It’s never a good idea to keep burning budget when a network is already lagging on payments, especially for a first-timer.

Got a reply. They are delaying my payment to tomorrow because they said I requested late. But I already request for a payout last feb 7 and yesterday morning. Never had this kind of issue with other ad network.
 
Update: still not paid.

Update: Paid. But not using them again. Too much of a headache to get the payment

Can you tell us more about what you're looking for in a new ad network, so we can suggest some alternatives that might be a better fit for you? What type of traffic are you working with and what are your priorities in a network (e.g. timely payments, high CPMs, etc.)?

Never heard of Clickaine, but I hate when I have to “request” or “confirm” a payment in general.

Everybody and their momma wants to get paid. If a payment is due, it should be paid out automatically unless the publisher has chosen to hold it.

For example, I love OGAds, but when they recently stopped using Tipalti for Payoneer and switched to requiring an email request/confirmation to receive a Payoneer payment, it changed the flow. I get that it has its own benefits in terms of fees and being more regulated in Payoneer’s eyes since OGAds are using Payoneer’s own mass payout system.

But the issue is that some publishers forget to request the payment from time to time, which pushes their payout to the following week if they’re on Net 7. Now imagine being on Net 30. You forget to request it and suddenly you’re waiting a whole extra month to get paid.

I hijacked the thread, but I had to vent somewhere lmao

Of course, you're right.

But for this, there is a manager who is always in touch with the client, and everything can be agreed upon and found out.
 
If this is your first payout with them, I’d personally consider reducing or pausing traffic until the payment comes through. Delays can sometimes happen, especially if it’s your first cycle, but it’s always smart to limit your exposure when testing a new network.

Once you receive the payment and see that they’re paying consistently on their stated schedule, you can always scale things back up. It’s better to be cautious in the beginning rather than risk sending more traffic without confirmed payments.
 
If they haven’t paid on time and support just tells you to wait, pause traffic until you actually get a payment, don’t burn budget on risk.
 
they are legit but famous for slow first payments. wait till friday before stopping traffic.
 
I’d wait bit more, some networks pay slow first time, don’t stop traffic yet till payment clears.
