Is Cityblis dead or scam?

Hi guys,

Has anyone had any success with cityblis? It's seems like a flashy affiliate progamme in fashion niche. I have signed up a couple days ago.
I have sent them 6,000 clicks from fashion fans, no sale. I tried to contact their support, the contact form is broken.
Emailed to a support email address, no answer. Emailed again, no answer. Is this program dead?

I'd appreciate any info.
