Is citibank no longer supported by ebay ?

all banks provided by payoneer, go bank, transfer wise and any other bank that provide details for online users are no longer supported by Ebay

"Method" saturation. What happens in such cases, is after a while (usually a few months), they will add those banks again back as supported. Another way is to contact their support and tell them your bank's bank account is not getting linked and mention it's the only bank account you have. If you are lucky they will specifically at account level do the needful, on a case to case basis.

Tried twice chatting with support, both times got declined.
Hope they ll add it back after a while as you stated.

not for all countries. Lets say austria do not support payoneer bank account, but spain, italy , france support
