$20 a month for such an awesome tool. Generate hundreds of articles daily for such a low price. Why are they providing the premium tool for such low price?

Every new software/tool does this within the first two years of establishment.
The general idea, in the most basic light, is:
- Create the free tool/idea.
- Lightly market.
- Offer a 'pro version' after you get some traction.
- Corner the market.
- Raise the price.

Depends on the greed imo. Right now I bet they are losing money because of the generous free tier they have.
Even if they were able to convert all their free customers, they should be in green.
But then there are companies like ahref who have taken the greed to the next level.
Wait for openai to become a monopoly. $20 is a decent price, but it won’t stay like that if openai/microsoft becomes greedy like ahrefs.

Yes and no. I want to say they're going to be changing token limits with the API.
We'll see how it goes but I'd suggest getting your money's worth now.

Yes, for now it is available for a steal price. All of us should make the most of it or at least try to use it as much as can. Even hiring and training a friend for AI with a contract can be profitable.

Probably not much. The free one is extremely good already. But it is a very costly operation, and in order to keep it running, they need atleast some money back. Not everything should come from the investments, because they will be draining money pretty fast like that.
If I had more money right now, I would happily take their paid tier, just to support the company, even if it is not much.

They already did few days ago. It's cheaper now, some function calls added, also 16k tokens version (over API)
